Public Offer (Charitable Donation Agreement)
This Public Offer is an official proposal of the Charitable Organization “International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Soul'” (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), represented by the Head of the Board acting on the basis of the Statute, to conclude a charitable donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) with any legally capable natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Benefactor) who accepts this proposal, under the conditions set out below.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the voluntary, unselfish transfer by the Benefactor to the Foundation’s ownership of funds (charitable donation) for the implementation of the statutory activities of the Foundation.
1.2. The charitable donation is non-refundable.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
2.1. Acceptance of the Offer is the Benefactor’s transfer of funds to the Foundation’s current account or the use of payment systems on the Foundation’s website.
2.2. From the moment of acceptance of the Offer, the Agreement is considered concluded.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Foundation undertakes to use the received charitable donations exclusively to achieve the goals provided for by the Statute of the Foundation and the legislation of Ukraine.
3.2. The Benefactor has the right to receive information on the use of their charitable donation through public reports that the Foundation publishes on its website.
3.3. The provision of a charitable donation does not establish any obligations of the Foundation to the Benefactor regarding the provision of services or the performance of work.
4. Other conditions
4.1. All expenses related to the transfer of the charitable donation (commissions of banks, payment systems, etc.) are borne by the Benefactor.
4.2. The Foundation is not responsible for the operation of payment systems.
4.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
